202(4) SKILLS
Training Course
11.06-22.06.2025.
Elafonisos, Greece
We’re proud to share the completion of the Erasmus+ project “202(4) Skills”, a mobility of youth workers that took place from June 11th to June 22nd, 2025 on the island of Elafonisos, Greece. This project brought together youth workers from Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Serbia to strengthen essential skills needed to support young people in a rapidly changing world.
Throughout the program, participants focused on three core areas: digital literacy, environmental sustainability, and inclusivity. Through interactive workshops, shared practices, and collaborative activities, they explored how to create youth programs that are relevant, accessible, and empowering in today’s social and environmental context.
Special attention was given to practical tools and strategies for guiding young people in building healthy digital habits, responding to climate challenges, and promoting diversity in their communities. The sessions supported peer learning and cross-cultural exchange, helping participants connect their local work to broader European efforts.
The natural beauty of Elafonisos created a unique learning atmosphere away from urban noise, surrounded by the sea and sand dunes, and enriched by moments of reflection and intercultural dialogue. From exploring the sunken city of Pavlopetri to enjoying sunsets on Simos Beach, the setting added depth to the overall learning experience.
Organized by Amazing Youth and supported by the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation, this mobility was a valuable step in strengthening the capacities of youth workers across Europe. We return from Elafonisos energized, inspired, and more connected; ready to put these skills into action and support young people in shaping a fairer and greener future.
