We are looking for 5 participants from Serbia (18–29 years old) and 1 group leader (no age limit) to take part in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Out of Our Minds” in Spain, on Tenerife! If you want to reconnect with your creativity, develop new forms of self-expression, and improve your mental and emotional wellbeing through movement, art, and time in nature – this is the right opportunity for you.
This exchange is perfect for you if:
– You are interested in young people’s mental and emotional health
– You want to explore creativity and circus pedagogy (juggling and body-based work – no previous experience needed)
– You are ready to learn through non-formal education, reflection, and experience
– You are open to spending time in nature and working outside a traditional classroom setting
– You want to develop self-confidence, concentration, and team spirit

The youth exchange “Out of Our Minds” focuses on strengthening young people’s mental and emotional wellbeing through creativity, circus pedagogy, and outdoor learning. In a world saturated with digital content, constant connectivity, and fast-paced lifestyles, young people often face stress, pressure, and a loss of space for authentic self-expression. This exchange offers the opportunity to take a step back and slow down. Through creative workshops, circus-based activities (such as juggling), outdoor learning, and reflective processes in Anaga Rural Park in Tenerife, participants will develop concentration, coordination, teamwork, and self-confidence, learn tools for stress reduction, explore healthier and more balanced habits in relation to technology, and discover the power of non-formal education as a space for personal growth and authentic expression.

Please note: This is not a vacation package. Comfortable accommodation and meals will be provided, focusing on the essentials of the project.
