We are looking for 3 youth workers from Serbia (18+) to take part in the Erasmus+ training course “IMPRO(ve) Yourself ” in Lithuania! If you want to explore improvisation as a tool in youth work, develop creativity and self-confidence, and learn how to deal with unexpected situations, this is the right opportunity for you.

This project is perfect for you if you:

– Work with young people as a youth worker, educator, or volunteer

– Want to strengthen flexible thinking and discover new ways to empower young people

– Are interested in improvisation, creative expression, and experiential learning methods

– Are ready to share experiences and good practices with peers from other countries

The training course “IMPRO(ve) Yourself ” uses improvisational theatre, reflection methods, and creative tools to help youth workers step out of their comfort zones, build self-confidence, and develop authentic ways of working with young people. The program is based on British educator Guy Claxton’s theory of creative habits, combining introspection, group dynamics, and practical skills. Participants will explore how to react in uncertain situations, strengthen their role as mentors, and build cooperation through the exchange of methods and experiences.

Please note: This is not a vacation package. Comfortable accommodation and meals will be provided, focusing on the essentials of the project.
