We’re looking for 7 mladih učesnika iz Srbije, aged 20 to 30, who want to enhance their lifestyle through movement, sports, mindfulness, and shared learning in the peaceful nature of northern Spain. This exchange is perfect for you if:
– You’re curious about how daily habits and physical activity affect your mental and physical well-being.
– You want to learn hands-on tools for personal wellness and bring them into your daily life.
– You have a practice, technique, or method you’d like to share with the group.
The Omladinska razmena “Route To You(th)” brings together young people from five European countries to explore how we can intentionally shape healthier, more balanced lives. Over eight days, participants will engage in physical activities, wellness-focused workshops, group reflection, and creative practices. Each day focuses on a specific theme—from movement and breathwork to rest, creativity, and human connection. Participants will also co-create short group activities within their national teams, offering their own ideas and experiences to the wider group. The project encourages peer learning, open dialogue, and the development of simple, sustainable habits that can continue long after the exchange. The program takes place in San Miguel de Aras, a small green village in Cantabria, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself and others.

Empires
We’re looking for 6 mladih učesnika iz Srbije, uzrasta 18 do 25 godina,, who are passionate about history, international relations, and discussing how past empires shaped the world we live in today. This exchange is perfect for you if:
– You’re curious about how empires rose and fell — and how those legacies still affect us.
– You want to explore questions of power, democracy, colonialism, and global order.
– You enjoy open dialogue and multicultural collaboration on complex topics.
The Omladinska razmena “Empires” brings together young people from Croatia, Serbia, Estonia, Spain, and Italy on the stunning island of Lošinj, Croatia. Over 10 days, participants will engage in daily workshops, group debates, role-playing games, and research projects examining the role of empires throughout history and in today’s world. Themes include ancient civilizations like Persia and Rome, resistance movements, colonial rule, post-imperial power dynamics, and future global systems. Each national team will run one workshop and contribute to intercultural evenings, sharing their heritage and perspectives.

Bushcraft 1.0
We’re looking for 7 mladih učesnika iz Srbije, aged 18 to 30, who are ready to leave the city noise behind and dive into a 100% outdoor experience that’s all about connection, resilience, and simplicity. This exchange is perfect for you if:
– You’re curious about nature, sustainability, and building healthier daily habits.
– You want to grow your teamwork, adaptability, and survival skills in a fun and supportive setting.
– You’re open to disconnecting from tech and reconnecting with yourself, nature, and others.
The Omladinska razmena “BushCraft 1.0” will bring together young people from Italy, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania to camp in the hills of Liguria, where they’ll cook, hike, reflect, and live outdoors for 10 days. Activities include survival skills, mindfulness, storytelling, cultural exchange, and shared cooking — all grounded in non-formal learning and deep nature immersion.
The project is designed to support young people from urban or disadvantaged backgrounds in building confidence, empathy, and life skills. Participants will also co-create a “Decalogue of Daily Habits” – a simple guide for well-being and sustainability to be shared in their local communities.
Imajte na umu: This is not a vacation package. Comfortable tents and meals will be provided, focusing on the essentials of the project.

Using Humor to Combat Bullying
We’re looking for 3 youth workers from Serbia (18+) who want to explore how humor can be a powerful tool in tackling bullying and building inclusive youth spaces. This training course is for you if:
– You want to engage with tough topics in a positive, creative, and non-threatening way.
– You’re interested in learning stand-up and improv skills that support emotional resilience and group dynamics.
– You believe laughter can create change and want to bring that energy into your work with young people.
The Trening kurs “Using Humor to Combat Bullying” brings together youth workers from six countries to explore how comedy, storytelling, and creative play can be used to respond to bullying. Participants will learn about the psychology of humor, develop workshops, and share best practices in a supportive learning environment. The program will take place in Sottocolle, a cozy social farm surrounded by nature and animals, just outside Genoa, Italy. Accommodation is provided in shared rooms, with an outdoor camping option available for those seeking a bit more adventure.
